I ensure that all technical services are up and running for the office and warehouse. This includes email, web, databases and other custom applications. In addition I oversee technical support and in-house software development.
How I got my job:
I was offered the job full-time after completing a co-op term with Sheridan College.
My first job:
Roofing: I carried 70LB+ bundles of shingles up a ladder on the hottest summer days.
